Echelon 1 Solutions (E1S), a Tampa, Florida based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), was founded in 2019 by a 28-year military logistician with extensive experience in maritime operations, industrial support, as well as Special Operations and expeditionary support. We remain dedicated to the global mission of American Military forces.
Echelon 1 Solutions was established to address a critical gap in DoD organizations—specifically the ability to fully develop requirements, align them with funding, and execute using efficient procurement vehicles.
